It is well known that due to lifestyle and fast food, stress, alcohol, smoking as well as various carbohydrate drinks is due mostly to lack of energy, and lack of concentration and fat deposits in the body.

Is happened often to feel tired even if you sleep or if you eat enough you drink coffee and everything  you do you feel,lack vitality, lack of brilliance and energy?
No wonder you feel like that, if you did abuse the animal protein foods and carbonated beverages or alcohol.
You have problems with acne and various body skin rashes? You do not know how to get rid of blackheads on your skin?

- Stop from smoking at least two weeks

-For  Women is recommended vaginal washes irrigation with a preparation liquid of warm water and a tablespoon of baking soda, mix to be completely dissolved (this practice will help your vagina to eliminate infection and clean it up, this remedy is indicated for urinary tract infections or pain or discomfort sensations to avoid drugs), attention, this method can not replace medical advice and for symptoms of acute pain, bleeding or strong burning sensations, consult your doctor immediately.
